I’m Bradley, owner and operator of Elite Lawns of Minnesota, and this business is deeply personal to me. What began as a way to build something meaningful for my family has grown into a trusted name for homeowners who expect nothing less than excellence.
My wife Kelsey and I are raising four amazing kids — two boys and two girls — with our youngest joining the family in 2024. We built Elite Lawns around the same values we live by at home: faith, hard work, consistency, and integrity. Every lawn we care for is a reflection of those values, and every client relationship is built on trust. How It All Started
Elite Lawns has always carried the same name, but it hasn’t always looked like it does today. For years, I operated like most lawn companies — long days, quick stops, trying to keep up with the pace of doing ten to fifteen lawns a day. The work was honest, but the rhythm left little room for what I loved most: craftsmanship.
I found myself finishing jobs and feeling empty, knowing the lawns looked “good enough,” but not truly excellent. I wasn’t proud of “good enough.” I wanted lawns that stopped people in their tracks — clean stripes, balanced nutrition, and soil health that showed in every blade of grass. I wanted a process that reflected the pride and precision I knew the work deserved.
Meanwhile, at home, Kelsey and the kids were my constant reminder of why I started this business in the first place. I didn’t want to spend my days rushing through properties, missing family dinners, and chasing numbers. I wanted to build something that reflected our values — quality, honesty, and care — and that gave me the flexibility to be present as a husband and father.
So, at the end of 2025, we made a conscious shift — keeping the name Elite Lawns, but completely transforming how we operate. We adopted a White Glove lawn care model built around personal connection, predictability, and pride. Fewer lawns, more care. Less chaos, more purpose.
It was the best decision I’ve ever made — for my business, for my clients, and for my family. Today, I get to do what I love at the level I’ve always dreamed of — and the results speak for themselves.
