Lawn Care & Maintenance
Why twice-weekly mowing?
Smaller, frequent trims maintain density, prevent clumping and stress, and keep an even, refined finish.
What’s included during a mow?
Mowing, trimming, edging, and a crisp cleanup along hard edges, plus quick checks on turf health and presentation.
Mulching vs. bagging clippings
Mulching returns nutrients and organic matter to the soil. During overseeding or heavy growth, excess is bagged and removed.
Season timing
Work begins when soil temperatures support growth and continues through late fall; leaves are finely mulched into the turf.
Fertilization & Treatments
Weekly liquid fertilizer
Consistent, spoon-fed nutrition sustains color and density without surge growth.
Liquid + granular program
Liquid provides quick uptake; granular supports extended feeding for lasting performance.
Safety for kids and pets
Products are considered safe once dry. Application is handled with care; notice is provided if special precautions are recommended.
